Frequently asked questions

Do I need a referral for Physiotherapy?
No, Physiotherapy is a direct access health service so you can see a physiotherapist without a referral.
Do you do direct billing?
Yes, we do direct billing to all insurers. Please bring in your insurance policy info and the amount of coverage available if possible.
Do we see ICBC and WorkSafe BC patients?
Yes we see ICBC patients, however we do not accept WSCB claims. Please note, coming into effect April 1 2019, ICBC is introducing new regulations for their accident benefits. ICBC clients will now have immediate access to various treatment modalities for the first three months. Treatment session fees will be paid directly by ICBC to Clover Hills Rehabilitation. What if I cannot make my appointment?
The clinic requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule or a fee is charged. This is because we have a waitlist with patients that may be needing to be seen but were not able to get into our busy schedule.
