We are hiring a Physiotherapist & RMT

Elizabeth ‘Liz’ Chua

Kinesiologist

Liz grew up playing soccer, volleyball, basketball, and running track throughout her schooling years. It was her love for her sports and the sciences that drove her to pursue her degree in Kinesiology, graduating from the University of British Columbia in 2020.

Her passion for exercise rehab began in school while working with and training older adults, focusing on exercises geared towards activities of daily living and seeing the impact this has made on their overall health and well being.

Liz has worked as a clinical exercise physiologist since 2020. Prior to this, having worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She believes that everything in the body is connected, not just physically but mentally and emotionally and hopes to empower individuals through exercise and movement, while reducing pain.

In her free time, you can find Liz bouldering in gyms, paddle boarding or hiking with her dog, and snowboarding. You can also find Liz napping, listening to paranormal and true crime podcasts, and/or watching Jeopardy (and trying to guess the right answers).
