Emily Ferguson
Physiotherapist

Emily graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Physical Therapy in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia in 2008. She has experience working with a wide variety of clients in occupational rehabilitation, orthopedic private practice and chronic pain program settings.
She enjoys helping people with different levels and abilities reach their physical goals. Emily believes that ‘knowledge is power’ and aims to provide education regarding the injury and treatment process to her clients. Her individualized treatment approach focuses on combining hands-on manual therapy with therapeutic exercise. Currently, Emily holds her certificate in Chan Gunn IMS, along with her acupuncture certificate from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute, Mulligan Concept and McKenzie Part A certifications. She has also completed numerous courses focusing on pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercises.
Emily is committed to continuing education
that serves to further enhance her evidence based practice. She enjoys applying her manual therapy skills and knowledge to help treat her patients.
